May might well be England’s loveliest month. Trees explode into leaf, the wild flowers are breathtaking and yes, the weather is often at its best. Our last guests chose spring for this trip and it was gorgeous. Having said that, this riding holiday is well suited for the whole spring/ summer season.
This riding vacation is a mixture of riding with us in Somerset and Dorset and exploring some of the West Country’s most magical corners: the North Devon Coast, the New Forest and Exmoor.
As ever we look after every aspect of your trip – champagne picnics, airport transfer, a car and driver and a schedule of varied pubs and restaurants throughout your stay.
For a truly authentic taste of rural England we put you up in a really top class pub in the village of Corton Denham. We work closely with the landlords to guarantee a very special stay.
The itinerary below is a verbatim copy of a trip we regularly run. At nine days it is really allows you to get the best of England at this wonderful time of year. You can of course revise the length and itinerary to best suit you.
